We anticipate the survey will take 5 approximately minutes. Survey responses are due November 30, 2021 at 4 pm.
We are offering 3 early bird draws (Indigo gift cards, and unique gifts from Calgary Public Library) for responses submitted before November 23, 2021. To be included, you will need to provide your name and email at the end of the survey.
