Dear Delegate,
In light of yesterday’s recommendation that all gatherings over 250 people be cancelled, the ALC Planning Committee has been discussing our options. There was no timeline given so we are hoping that our conference, which is six weeks away, will still be able to proceed.
We are asking that you not request a refund of your registration fee until we come to a clear decision or get further direction from the province. If the conference cannot go ahead, you will receive a full refund.
We will be extending the early-bird deadline to April 6 while we consider our options.
The health and well-being of our conference attendees is of utmost importance to us. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to weigh our options and make a final decision. We will keep you informed as the situation develops.
